Ice Miller regarding IRS Letter of Determination process and recommended IRS
Tax Compliance Policies.
5.
Consider and take
possible action on IRS Tax Compliance Policies as recommended by Ice Miller.

Consider and take possible action on Active Death Disability Retirement
Policy.
7.
Consider and take
possible action to complete and file application for a Letter of Determination
with the IRS.

Presentation from
The Segal Company regarding phase-in of contribution
rates.
9.
Consider and take
possible action on phase-in of contribution rates due to the effects of
depooling.
