1. Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Accept comments from the public.

3. Approve minutes from the January 26, 2010 meeting.

4. Routine items for February 11, 2011.

a. Approve certifications of membership.

b. Approve service and disability allowances.

c. Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.

d. Approve death benefits.

5. Presentation from The Segal Company regarding Five Year Projection of Employer Rate Projections.

6. Consider and take possible action to adopt the automatic cost-of-living increases for retirees effective April 1, 2011.

7. Consider and take possible action on staff recommendation for Accounting Technician Project/Temporary position.

8. Consider and take possible action on report from staff regarding rebalancing.
