The Retirement Board May Discuss And Take Action On The Following:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Accept comments from the public.
  3. Approve minutes from the October 20, October 26, November 2 and November 22, 2016 meetings.
  4. Routine items for December 14, 2016.
    1. Approve certifications of membership.
    2. Approve service and disability allowances.
    3. Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
    4. Approve death benefits.
    5. Accept Asset Allocation Report

  5. The Board will continue in closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation:
