CCCERA's voicemail system is available 24 hours a day. You can leave a message in the General Mailbox. Your message will be forwarded to the correct staff member for response. Remember to leave your name and telephone number. Please speak clearly.

General information questions often can be answered at the time of your call. Specific questions about your personal account, or assistance with more complex subjects, may require research. CCCERA staff will answer your queries as soon as possible.

Counselors are available for individual appointments and telephone consultations between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Counselors are assigned alphabetically to accounts and are trained in all aspects of the benefit structure and the retirement process.

Group Counseling is available to all members, but is particularly helpful for members planning to retire within 5 years. Sessions are held frequently throughout the year. Call the Retirement Office for more information and reservations.
