1. Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Recognition of Karen Levy for 10 years of service.
3. Accept comments from the public.
4. Approve minutes from the July 11, 2018 meeting.
5. Routine items for August 8, 2018:
   1. Approve certifications of membership.
   2. Approve service and disability allowances.
   3. Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
   4. Approve death benefits.
   5. Accept travel report.
   6. Accept Asset Allocation Report.
   7. Accept Liquidity Report.
