Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)

In addition to the financial statements, the CAFR contains information on CCCERA’s investments, actuarial information regarding funding, and statistical information on CCCERA membership. Information contained in the report is designed to provide a complete and accurate review of the year’s operations.

The CAFR complies with the accounting requirements promulgated by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The CAFR is compiled by CCCERA and audited by an independent accounting firm certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) has awarded CCCERA a Certificate for Excellence in Financial Reporting for each year since 2000.

Each CAFR covers one calendar year and is published in June of the following year.
