Due to the current shelter-in-place order, effective at 2 p.m. on March 16, 2020, our office will be closed to the public until further notice.
CCCERA will continue to perform its essential business functions. We thank our members for their patience during this time, and encourage them to visit our website frequently for updates on CCCERA’s operations.

CCCERA’s office is closed to the public, however, you can still call or email us. Staff will be available by phone during the following hours.

Forms and Appointments
Members are asked to mail all forms to CCCERA. At this time, in-person appointments have been canceled, and future appointments may be delayed.

The pre-retirement and retirement overview workshops have been canceled through the end of the Contra Costa County Health Services shelter-in-place order.
Retirement Application Processing on Schedule
If you have submitted an application for a recent or upcoming retirement, we are processing your application and you will receive your pension check based on the schedule outlined in the retirement application checklist. For more information regarding the timing of your first pension payment please contact CCCERA.
Upcoming pension payments are also on schedule. For members that have been receiving monthly pension payments, the next pension payment date is September 1, 2020. Direct deposit transactions will take place on or before this date, and checks will be mailed by this date.
