Visits By Appointment Only
In order to maintain the health and safety of members and CCCERA staff during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, CCCERA’s office will open on a limited basis to members by appointment only, beginning July 26, 2021.
If you are able to complete your business with CCCERA via mail, email, phone, or video, we ask that you continue to do so.
Walk-ins will not be accepted.

If you have an in-person appointment scheduled, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- All visitors are required to wear a face covering/mask. If you do not have a face covering/mask, call us ahead of time, and we can bring one to the door for you.
- Upon arriving at the suite doors, please call the phone number posted on the door and provide your appointment information to the receptionist.
- We have placed sanitizing stations at the CCCERA office entrance and encourage all visitors and employees to sanitize their hands upon entry and exit.
- If you or anyone in your household has been ill within the past two weeks, please let us know so we may reschedule your appointment. As an alternative, a telephone or video appointment can be scheduled.
How to Submit Documents
While you may request an appointment for submitting forms or documents, you can submit forms and documents in person without an appointment.

Pre-retirement workshops are currently being held virtually. Retirement overview workshops have been canceled until further notice; a video of the overview is available.
Retirement Application Processing
If you have submitted an application for a recent or upcoming retirement, we are processing your application and you will receive your pension check based on the schedule outlined in the retirement application checklist. For more information regarding the timing of your first pension payment please contact CCCERA.
Upcoming pension payments are also on schedule. For members that have been receiving monthly pension payments, the next pension payment date is August 2, 2021. Direct deposit transactions will take place on or before this date, and checks will be mailed by this date.
