CCCERA’s voicemail system is available 24 hours a day. Messages left in the general mailbox will be forwarded to the correct person for response. Please speak clearly, and remember to leave your name, telephone number, and email address. Verbal instructions cannot be accepted or acted upon for transactions, applications for benefits, and disbursement requests.

How to Submit Documents

While you may request an appointment for submitting forms or documents, you can submit forms and documents in person without an appointment. You can also mail forms to our address.

Please submit original documents only; fax or email copies will not be accepted.
