Profile

Erika McIntosh joined CCCERA in 2022 as the administrative services manager. She plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and reviews the work of the Administrative Department.  She also participates in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.

Prior to CCCERA, McIntosh spent more than 20 years administering human resource related laws and practices to a private, non-profit agency dedicated to children and families. She also provided staff and management training, worked closely with the board of directors, and participated on several committees and human resource focus groups.

McIntosh earned her bachelor’s degree in management from San Francisco State University.
