Henry Gudino joined CCCERA in 2016 as the accounting manager. Gudino plans and organizes the activities of the accounting department, which includes overseeing operations, investment accounting, financial reporting, and the coordination of an annual audit. Gudino has over 20 years of diverse government accounting experience in agencies from cities to enterprise funds such as a water utility, a state university, and a port district.
Prior to joining CCCERA, Gudino was a supervisor for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, where he handled capital assets and bond debt reporting. Previously, he was an accounting manager for the City of Hayward and a finance operations manager for the City of Fremont where he oversaw finance, grants, financial statement preparation, analysis, and audit coordination. His background also involved project accounting for construction and expansions of California State University San Marcos and San Diego Unified Port District Airport Terminal.
Prior to his government experience, Gudino was a controller for an investment broker-dealer firm handling regulatory and compliance reporting. Throughout his career Gudino has been instrumental with computer financial system conversions. He is a California certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Diego State University.
