The Retirement Board May Discuss And Take Action On The Following:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Accept comments from the public.
  3. Approve minutes from the March 13, 2019 meeting.
  4. Routine items for April 10, 2019.
    1. Approve certifications of membership.
    2. Approve service and disability allowances.
    3. Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
    4. Approve death benefits.
    5. Accept Asset Allocation Report.
    6. Accept Liquidity Report.


  1. The Board will go into closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957 to consider recommendations from the Medical Advisor and/or staff regarding the following disability retirement applications:

  1. Consider and take possible action to adopt Board of Retirement Resolution 2019-2 to increase the salary ranges by 4% for all unrepresented classifications effective April 1, 2019, with the exception of the Chief Executive Officer.
  2. Consider and take possible action to adopt CCCERA Position Pay Schedules effective April 1, 2019 which reflects the salary range changes in Board of Retirement Resolution 2019-2.

  3. Consider and take possible action on SACRS Board of Directors Election.

  4. Update on planning of CCCERA’s new office location.

  5. Consider authorizing the attendance of Board:

    1. Washington Legislative Update, IFEBP, May 20-21, 2019, Washington D.C.
    2. Pensions & Financial Services Conference, National Association of Securities Professionals, June 24-26, 2019, Baltimore, MD. (Note: Conflict with meeting)
    3. International and Emerging Market Investing, IFEBP, July 22-24, 2019, San Francisco, CA. (Note: Conflict with Meeting)
