The ACFR complies with the accounting requirements promulgated by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The ACFR is compiled by CCCERA and audited by an independent accounting firm certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) has awarded CCCERA a Certificate for Excellence in Financial Reporting for each year since 2000.
